The TELEDAT/cdr On-Demand Billing System is an optional module that allows the user to create individual Call Billing invoices for use in a hospitality or housing operation, such as hotels, schools, hospitals, and office complexes. The invoices are customizable for each installation and running the invoice does not affect the end of billing period departmental or host accounting billing processes.

Each individual TELEDAT station can have a simple journal-style account with bills, payments, and balances recorded.

In addition, a separate On-Demand Account record can be sent to a user-supplied host accounting system to keep a more detailed accounting of the TELEDAT On-Demand Billing System invoices and payments, if the host accounting system accepts such messages.
